The Blog Where I Plan a Dream Fairytale Wedding at Disney World

How many times in your life do you get to, not only plan but actually pull off and experience your dream fairytale wedding?

If you’re me, maybe never at all since dream weddings involve copious amounts of money and energy you don’t have.

But a girl can DREAM can’t she? And she can certainly help others plan their dream wedding with a magical fairytale wedding blog that gathers some of the most incredible bridal elements from all over the world straight to your screen.

Welcome dreamers and brides!

In this series, I plan the most incredible dream fairytale wedding at Walt Disney World. Come with me as I craft, design, sew, and plan my dream event bursting at the seams with fireworks, sparkles, and smiles.

You gotta be a little crazy to enjoy planning a wedding. There are so many details and timelines and moving parts that it takes a healthy dose of insanity to pull it off.

Luckily insanity is my secret weapon.

Dj and I being pronounced husband and wife, August 10th, 2024

How did all this wedding nonsense come about? It started with successfully planning and executing my own wedding in 2024 (see above). Although everything went well, I had to majorly hold back in order to avoid busting my budget 10 fold.

But now I have new ideas and have shaken off the pesky confines of reality.

Here is what I’m thinking:

  • plan a wedding vow renewal for our 10 year wedding anniversary in 2034

  • the venue will be Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida

  • the budget will be $80,000

  • the vibe will be magic

In true Meagan fashion, I will be handcrafting several key items such as my dress, veil, invitations, save the dates, thank you cards, and a few surprises. If you want to follow along for ideas, look for posts labeled wedding and let me know what your dream wedding entails. I would love to hear about your event.

This is gonna be fun.

Much love and many blessings,

Meagan
