Overcome self-doubt, fear of failure, and impostor syndrome with confidence coaching

For years I thought confidence was a gift or talent that I just didn't have. But confidence isn't a thing you either do or don't have. It's a muscle you have to exercise.

Get out pen and paper and imagine you had all the confidence in the world. What kinds of things would you say to yourself? What would you accomplish? How would it feel to have all this confidence?

This level of confidence is possible to achieve. I love working with clients on confidence because it has such a positive impact on every single aspect of life. Your career, relationships, and mental and physical health will all be transformed.

During confidence coaching you will:

  • Discover and remove what is getting in your way of feeling confident

  • Heal old wounds that are causing you pain and holding you back

  • Address the self-sabotage and imposter syndrome that is wrecking your confidence

  • Learn how to work with self-doubt and fear so these things never hold you back again

  • Learn radical self-acceptance

  • Free yourself from limiting and false beliefs so you can see yourself clearly

  • Practice exercising your confidence muscle

Confidence coaching is for you if:

  1. you are tired of struggling with low self-worth and low self-esteem

  2. you are 100% committed to shifting the patterns and stories holding you back

  3.  you lie awake at night rehearsing conversations and situations in your head in an attempt to feel more confident

  4. you’re very hard on yourself if you "fail" or avoid trying anything new because of fear of failure

  5. you just want to move forward already!

If you are ready to move on from self-doubt and fear and step into peace of mind and freedom, confidence is the key.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching isn't just a friendly chat. Coaching is a powerful and transformational art that changes lives. That's a big promise, I get it. The only way to truly understand what coaching is is to experience it for yourself. Book a free 2-hour session with me and we will not only uncover what's getting in your way but we will put together a plan for moving forward.

  • Coaching works by addressing limiting beliefs, thoughts, fears, behaviors, and action steps. I often use the analogy of a personal trainer working with a fairly healthy person to achieve maximum fitness. In contrast, therapy works great for those with a mental health disorder such as depression or obsessive-compulsive disorder. Coaching can absolutely be used in conjunction with therapy to help improve your quality of life but should never be used as a substitute.

  • Begin with a complimentary discovery call. I will set aside 2 full hours to thoroughly explore what you want in life, how to get it, and what's holding you back. You will get tremendous value out of this one session. If you decide to continue coaching, the minimum commitment is 1 month. You will receive coaching over 4 phone calls or zoom sessions and unlimited email support during your package. I don't offer 1 size fits all, cookie-cutter coaching nor do I have a specific approach or template. My only goal is to serve you at the highest level and help you achieve the results you want.

  • At this time all sessions are virtual through Google Meet Video

  • This session will be both exploratory and transformational. I will get to know you by asking you about what's not working in your life and what you would like to get out of coaching. There is no obligation to continuing coaching sessions with me so your first session is 100% risk-free.

  • Most people overestimate what they can get done in a day and underestimate what they can get done in a month or year.  You will feel a shift during our first session and see a powerful transformation start by the end of the first month. Change doesn't have to be a long and hard process. Miracles are closer than they seem.

  • Absolutely! I will always be here to support you. It is never my goal to keep you dependent on coaching, however. My clients love that they don't have to languish in years of therapy before making a breakthrough. A-ha moments will happen almost every single session. My clients are diverse. Everyone is at a different stages of their journey. I offer flexible package options to serve every unique situation.

  • This will depend on how consistently you implement changes to you thoughts , words, and actions.

It’s 100% possible that you will feel a shift after 1 session, see noticeable changes after a month, and will experience a complete transformation after a year. But of course, nothing is guaranteed and no one has a magical fortune telling crystal ball.

  • Coaching is an investment in yourself.  Nobody needs to hire a coach. People want to hire a coach because they want someone to say what no one else will say and do what no one else will do. That's how coaches accelerate your personal and professional growth. Coaching is about your dreams and those are priceless. Consider this: a Manchester Consulting Group survey found that coaching resulted in a return on investment 6 times the program cost as well as improvements in relationships, teamwork, job satisfaction and quality (https://www.performanceconsultants.com/wp-content/uploads/maximizing-the-impact-of-executive-coaching.pdf).

  • This is a great question, thank you for asking. Having some painful heavy things in your past doesn't mean you are broken. It just means you have the most to gain. Every single person is capable of reaching their dreams and I would love to work with you. I have training in both psychology and trauma work and will use all of my best tools to help you fulfill your potential. No one is "too far gone" for coaching. As long as you are still breathing, there is something you can do to improve your life.

Please note: I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. If you think you may need medical or mental health care, please seek a licensed health practitioner. If you have a mental health disorder, counseling or therapy may be a better fit for you.  If you think you need to be evaluated for ADHD, PTSD, C-PTSD, etc please seek a licensed medical professional.

  • I hear you! And I love this question. Thank you so much for being brave and asking it. I spent many many years trying to get my stuff together myself. I hated being seen as weak or needy or incapable. Asking for help just seemed way too scary and way too vulnerable.

You probably have a good reason for not feeling safe enough to ask for help and the truth is, you are smart and capable. You probably could figure it all out on your own. But how much struggle, effort, and time would that trial-and-error learning take? And how is this pattern affecting other areas of your life? What else are you afraid to ask for?

This is a really common block I see in my clients. It can stem from many things, one of the main things being a belief that you have to do everything yourself. Let's bust that belief right now! Us humans are interdependent, social creatures. It is OK to ask for help. Let me prove it to you risk-free by booking a completely free, no-obligation coaching session with me.
